BodyPump by LesMills

BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell workout for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition (reps) BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout that burns calories by strengthening and toning each muscle group.

TF Power Circuit

TF Power Circuit will have a balance of strength and cardiovascular exercises in a total-body circuit format. We will improve strength and muscular endurance, as well as incorporate high intensity cardio intervals using plyometrics. Each major muscle group will be targeted using various types of equipment in a few small circuits. This class will include a short demonstration of the movements before we start the timed exercises.

BODYFLOW® combines Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates movements and is formatted to give you a full body workout while also creating a space for mind and body unity. It uses a range of movements and motion set to music that will improve your focus, strength and balance leaving you feeling calm and centered. This class is offered in a 60 minute format.

Barre Bells

Barre incorporates body weight exercises and equipment such as a ball, light weights and the Barre. Using elements of Dance, Pilates, and Functional Movement, Barre challenges your core stability and balance to leave you feeling strong. This class is for all fitness levels and no dance experience is required. A challenging, low impact, full body workout. Improve strength, balance, and flexibility and overall fitness while enjoying upbeat music and having fun.

HIIT and Tabata

High Intensity Interval Training alternates short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with recovery periods in between. HIIT classes follow a Tabata format where members work at their own pace offering lots of options. It is currently offered in a 60 minute class format.

Yoga 101

Yoga 101 is a class designed to cultivate body awareness. Each class places emphasis on the breath and listening to your body. Intentionally sequenced to build upon foundational postures. This is an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breath, alignment and mindfulness.

Guided Stretch Yoga

Deep Stretch is a Yin style yoga class. Holding postures for 3-5 minutes, these slow sequences are designed to target connective tissues. The gentle pace allows for a more meditative practice, creating space to be at ease within yourself – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Yoga links breath and movement in a flowing sequence that will get your muscles warm and relaxed and increase strength, flexibility and mindfulness. Uplifting music and energetic sequences build and then release into more relaxing poses that will leave you feeling open, rejuvenated and peaceful.

Power Vinyasa

Power Vinyasa links breath and movement in an energetic flowing sequence combined with yoga strength exercises for the perfect combination of yoga and cardiovascular exercise. Upbeat music and energetic postures combined with traditional yoga stretches and mindfulness will leave you feeling strengthened, lengthened, and ready to take on your day!
